Disposing of Your CFL Bulbs

In some areas of the state, consumers are able to recycle hazardous waste, which includes Compact Fluorescent Light bulbs. These bulbs contain trace amounts of mercury and should be recycled properly when possible. Some of the companies listed below allow recycling free of charge, while others charge a small handling fee.
