The
Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) has developed a series of informal discussions
on utility topics that could help your employees make more informed decisions.
If you currently offer “brown bag” presentations to your employees or would

The following are examples of topics the OCC can discuss, free of charge:
- How to read your telephone bill
- Do-it-yourself gas and electric meter reading
- How to avoid getting “crammed” and other scams to watch out for
- What to know before using 10-10 numbers
- How to choose a long-distance carrier
- Learn how easy it is to choose a new natural gas supplier
- How electric deregulation will affect you
- How the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel can help you
Free speakers are available for:
Groups or organizations • Your office staff • Conference or seminar
The OCC is an advocate for residential consumers with regard to utility
